Schedule and Pay

In the event of a student cancellation, it is the priority of the student to call ahead to the instructor to cancel and reschedule their appointment. They may do this via contact form, email, texting, or calling no later than one hour before the lesson or session. Students who call ahead to cancel appointments within the reasonable timeframe will receive a full refund for the lesson/session. Students who do not call ahead earlier than one hour before their appointment will be subject to partial payment.

The instructor has the right to cancel and reschedule an appointment up to one hour before the appointment. All cancelled appointments will be fully refunded!

NOTE: First time lessons and scheduled consultations for outreach and group collective are free! No need to pay for these first time appointments.

Pricing is calculated with the needs of the community, materials required, and qualifying knowledge base of the instructor in mind. All prices specified in the Services and Offerings are therefore transferred for services rendered as agreed upon by teacher and student/guardian through the Stripe payment platform. Cash is not accepted at this time.

Students are expected to schedule and pay for a booking before the appointment time. If you are in need of assistance in regards to payment, please use any available mode of communication to connect with your instructor.
